Students chose animals they were interested in learning about. They researched them in the library and in the science lab. During this process in the library, they practiced highlighting important facts from database articles and were introduced to basic note taking strategies.
They found images of their animals on Britannica Image Quest, and used them as templates in the art studio to create these collages.
